Last night, the outdoor AC unit started making loud noises and the fan wasn’t spinning anymore. Contacted Premier the following morning via their website, and they called back shortly after to schedule Steve P. to come out this afternoon at 2pm. He arrived on time, identified the cause immediately, clearly explained the issue and how much the costs would be, and then replaced the part all within 30 mins. I always recommend Premier.

Can’t say enough about Premier’s service team, more specifically, Jaren. We lost power last night and thermostat would not restart so we were without A/C all night and the next day. Jaren came this evening and within seconds diagnosed the problem and had a new thermostat on his truck! In less than one hour we had A/C and reconnected to our wifi thermostat. Thank you Jaren, from the bottom of our hearts.
