Can’t say enough about Premier’s service team, more specifically, Jaren. We lost power last night and thermostat would not restart so we were without A/C all night and the next day. Jaren came this evening and within seconds diagnosed the problem and had a new thermostat on his truck! In less than one hour we had A/C and reconnected to our wifi thermostat.
