Stephen Samson
Owner & PresidentStephen Samson is the owner of Premier Indoor Comfort Systems, LLC. Steve believes in servicing his customers in a professional and ethical manner. Steve has been working in the HVAC industry for over 40 years, starting as an HVAC technician in the US Air Force. He then became a plant engineer for the US Government. After his work with the government, Steve became a project engineer for Hartsfield International Airport.
In 1984 Steve purchased Valentine Heating and Air Conditioning in South Atlanta. He sold Valentine to Lennox Industries in 1999. He went on to work for Lennox Industries as a district manager. In 2008 Steve purchased Premier Indoor Comfort Systems, LLC. Steve earned his mechanical engineering degree from FIU. He holds a Conditioned Air Contracting license in three states and is certified in Indoor Air Quality. Steve is a member of ACCA, CAAG, and other associated organizations.

General ManagerJohn Stezzi serves as the General Manager at Premier Indoor Comfort Systems and holds the customer experience at a very high level while basing decisions on doing the right thing. He leads the teams to follow three pillars of direction: integrity, respect, and excellence. He has held numerous roles in the HVAC industry from sales to operations to management since he began in 2007.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, he has lived in Georgia since 2015. He is married to his wife Kelly and a proud father to his son and daughter.

Purchasing & Warehouse ManagerThomas has been in the HVAC industry for 50 years; he started as a small boy working in a family-owned business doing sheet metal work. During high school & college, he worked summers and part-time as a sheet metal mechanic installing residential overhead systems. After college, he went to work full time in the family business supervising all commercial installations.
Thomas was one of the first people in the industry to buy a power vacuum truck and develop a methodology for cleaning residential air duct systems. Later he returned to school again and studied computers, earning another diploma in computer support. Thomas then moved into the office as a purchaser. He later moved into asset management, managing all purchasing, inventory, and warehousing.

They are easy to reach and work with, they communicate well on when to expect technicians (who have always been on time), and the technicians have always been knowledgeable, capable, and clear about what is happening with our systems. David was our tech today and was very helpful, diagnosed the problem, and has a plan to get us back on track.
Premier stepped in when my former HVAC vendor withdrew from the geothermal market. They serviced my unit once and at the second service call advised that it needed replacement. They sent a gentleman out to advise us on our options who made a great deal of sense, provided rational responses to our question and then installed a heat pump which has worked very well so far.
Last night, the outdoor AC unit started making loud noises and the fan wasn’t spinning anymore. Contacted Premier the following morning via their website, and they called back shortly after to schedule Steve P. to come out this afternoon at 2pm. He arrived on time, identified the cause immediately, clearly explained the issue and how much the costs would be, and then replaced the part all within 30 mins. I always recommend Premier.
